What a great week! Nothing but happy clients whom appreciated floors that turned "like new again". I added some additional help to ensure higher quality work! This has paid off big time and in fact increased my effectiveness and efficiency 100%...I hope all had a great Thanksgiving and ate lots of turkey! I know I did! God Bless!
As someone who is a complete clean freak, I had been trying to keep the tile in my house clean over the past three years by myself, and when I did it, I always spent 3+ hours doing just one room. After the installation of our tile, when we purchased our home and had the tile installed, I did not really think that that the floor was cleaned well after grouting. I have always felt like a professional cleaning needed to be done because we have a very porous tile. I have used stiff brushes, been on my hands and knees, and even thought about purchasing one of those Shark cleaning machines or a semi professional spinning scrubber.
Michael came to my home, did an evaluation, completely explained what needed to be done and the process that he would use, and was in and out in less than 2 hours, treating, cleaning and sealing the floor. He worked his way from the upstairs bathrooms to the lower level, and right out the front door. Great attention was paid to wiping down my wood floors and stairs where water had been left behind, and after everything dried, it looked great. I will definitely be having Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning back next year before the holidays. – Jim Schaeffer / Henderson
