Typically after a cleaning and sealing of tile and grout, floor needs at least 24-48 hours or longer to dry and over 95% of the time your floors will attain the natural colors as when first laid. Exceptions to having "natural born again grout" most likely come from improper chemicals used for cleaning(clorox, acids, etc.), bare feet and shoes or slippers(body oils, grime & grease), pet accidents(pee and poop), spills not attended to(wine, beer, mustard, ketchup etc.), and most importantly exposed non-sealed floors.

In most cases tile and grout cleaned floors will come back to it's original condition with the exception of unforeseen problems as described above. These floors tend to get dirtier faster due to the cleaning technique applied combined with bare feet and shoes which equals filthy grime locked into the grout lines! The surfaces on the tile are smooth and typically the grout is course and sanded grout is applied. When the grime hits the sanded grout, sometimes it is a problem for any reasonable method to uplift the grime out of the grout. This is where Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning comes in! Many travertine owners have a hard time figuring out what method should be applied to there travertine flooring. In most cases your travertine floors should be cleaned and sealed (water based) annually due to constant traffic, pets, shoes, bare feet, and more. All other methods require more (costly) frequent attention that most rather not do.

Typically, most of my customers are just sick and tired of trying to keep there tile and grout clean, and turn to a professional (Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning) to turn old, discolored grout back to it's original color effective and efficiently. I leave there floors clean, protected (sealer), and ready for another 10-12 months till next service. Most of my clients do call me back every year for routine cleaning. In most family settings, with kids, pets, and more, it is virtually impossible to keep your floors to look in "like new condition", especially the way I'd leave your floors after they are cleaned. You are then spoiled, and overwhelmed of the difference that I'd made on your floors! This is when my relationship is developed, and we turn friends forever! As an owner doing the work, and answering your first phone call for service, I can't think of a better way to earn your business respectfully! I do not have employees, whereas I personally am there to do your work! Over 3000 jobs later, why not call and schedule your incredible experience with me!

Michael M.
Owner/Operator
Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning
www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com
702-595-8178
