It's been a while since I posted, and since no one else has any comments, I'll add some more of my own...Can you imagine running your whole business? I mean, I do it all, occasionally I get help, but for the most part "it's all about me"...Making others happy is my specialty, and these "others" usually love me more when I am completed with there job!

When you hire an owner/operator you get all of me...Almost 10 years into this and I gotta tell you I love it!

I love my job, and I can't wait to answer my phone to speak to anyone whom wishes to give me the opportunity to clean their floors, showers, counter tops, and more! I have been at this (Tile and Grout Cleaning) for over 9 years now and all I can say is that I have yet to find a client whom I can't make happy...The results are really so good that I sometimes feel like G-d and then the miracle happens. Answering the phone is just a portion of my job, but doing the work makes me so proud that I am doing the right thing for all! Sometimes I have to have a helper with me (brother in law) and they say to me "want me to do that" or "let me try it", I say no, this is mine, "I love doing this!" My wife says to me "you need a helper Michael" I say, "no I like doing all the work, it's really not that hard" especially when you have an operation behind you! God Bless!

OK folks, this is a question that is always asked right before I depart, so I thought I'd go over this again...Use 2 squirts of blue dawn mixed in with water in an 18 ounce trigger bottler squirted down on the floor working in 5' x 5' sections cleaning part A , then go to the sink and rinse out the same microfiber pad and place back in area you just cleaned and then rinse with pad...You can purchase the microfiber pad and mop @ smart and final (local business shopping store) or go to my website and click the friends page to find the link, and then it will be delivered to your door!

There is no other greater way to keep your floors immaculate other than to follow the method above, clean cotton socks on feet (no bare feet, shoes, sandals, etc.) and absolutely no chemicals (especially the ones friends and family's recommend). And last but not least, no other sealers or topical coatings applied after I leave...Plan on service every year.

Typically, most of my customers are just sick and tired of trying to keep there tile and grout clean, and turn to a professional (Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning) to turn old, discolored grout back to it's original color effective and efficiently.  I leave there floors clean, protected (sealer), and ready for another 10-12 months till next service. Most of my clients do call me back every year for routine cleaning. In most family settings, with kids, pets, and more, it is virtually impossible to keep your floors to look in "like new condition", especially the way I'd leave your floors after they are cleaned. You are then spoiled, and overwhelmed of the difference that I'd made on your floors! This is when my relationship is developed, and we turn friends forever! As an owner doing the work, and answering your first phone call for service, I can't think of a better way to earn your business respectfully!
